High frequency welding press, Type HF 1000

One of our own developed presses is specifically suitable for the welding of PVC and PU cleats.

Work width of the press is 1000 mm. The frame is built up with an 'open throat'. The distance between frame and center of press block is 1100 mm (free space between the frame and the HF mold is 600 mm). Maximum belt width of processed belts is 1500 mm. 
The press block is 1000 mm long and 250 mm wide.
Easy and quick system to adjust the molds to the press unit.
The press block is moved upwards and downwards by means of two air cylinders, diameter 0- 200 mm, with a stroke length of 160 mm.
Maximum pressure force is 15.000 N at 6 Bar. Minimum distance between table surface and press block is 100 mm.
The table surface is 1200 mm long and 750 mm wide.The generator has a net power of 10 kW. Power control by means of step-switch
The generator is executed with automatic power control to maintain power at maximum level during welding cycle. By means of the automatic power control, the set power is kept constant during the welding- process. In this way the welding time is reduced.
Welding time and cooling time can be installed by means of time switches.

Welding Press, Type KP

These presses are build up with an upper and lower beam, each with a height of 80 mm. Both beams have a heating plate and an airbag. After placing the belt material in the press, the press will be closed and tightened by hand using 4 screw spindles. The press will be set under pressure by filling the airbags with the foot air pump or controlled pressured-air flow from your own supply. The maximum pressure is 2 BAR. The press has a temperature range of 50 - 200 °C and is standard delivered with a water based cooling unit to decrease the welding temperature quickly for a better result.
