Our newest LEIGHT WEIGHT finger Punching machine for the out-door jobs !

Developed for small PVC/PU based conveyor belts, as used in glasshouses and bulb industries. This light-weight machine consists of a manual pressing device, mounted on a small cutting table and is used for cutting fingers as a preparation for closing the belt.
This punching machine has no open sides, so you can not punch wider belts than the width of the machine.

The weight of the machine is only about 16 KG !!! 
The cutting area is about 75 mm wide.
The maximum overall width of the belt is 500mm.

Stationary Belt Punching Machine, Type VS

Machine for cutting triangular pieces out of conveyor belts to make the welding surface longer and therefore stronger. Our machines are designed for a work widths of 500 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm up to 3000 mm. The punching machine is executed with a maximum press force of 10.000 KG. Due to its design, this machine makes it easy to cut finger-over-finger joints with a simple forward/backward movement of the knive.
