Cleat Seal Installation, Type CS

Our cleat seal installation is equipped for belt widths up to 2000 mm. The installation consists of a frame with a fixed table and one open side. This way endless belts can be put around the table. On the sides of the table guiding rails are mounted where between the belt is guided. Above the table a rotary arm is mounted which can be rotated between + and - 45 degrees. On this rotary arm a guiding profile system is mounted on which a cradle is put. By means of a frequency controlled motor reductor, this cradle can be moved along the guiding profile system with a speed that is step-less adjustable. On the cradle a profile disk is mounted for guiding the profile. The pressure force of the profile disk on the belt is supplied by an adjustable spring. It is possible to process straight as well as angled cleats on this installation. The cradle is also provided with a mounting device for a hot-air gun which can be turned away during the pre-heating process. Available work widths: 800, 1200, 1500 and 2000 mm.

Continuous Cleats Production, type HFWM-1500

HF-press for continuous production of cleats. The compressed-air driven Press is of a compact design and is fully compatible with the attached High Frequency Generator which is integrated in the bottom of the Press.
